Septic Maintenance Plans in the Brazos Valley

Keep your septic system running smoothly and in line with Texas requirements.

Many Texas septic system permits require routine service by a licensed maintenance provider, along with written documentation and reporting. Cast Environmental Services offers straightforward maintenance contracts to keep your system performing properly and your required records up to date.

Installing a new system with Cast? Your first 2 years of routine maintenance are included.

Serving College Station, Bryan, Caldwell, Navasota, Hearne, Brenham, Somerville, Snook, and surrounding Brazos Valley areas.

What's Included

Maintenance contracts include three service visits per year, spaced throughout the year. If your permit or county requires a different frequency, we'll match the schedule to your system.

Each visit typically includes:

  • Routine on-site inspection of your system

  • Checks of pumps, aerators, controls, and alarms

  • Visual check of spray or distribution components (if applicable)

  • Cleaning or adjustment of filters where required

  • Written service reports filed to your local authority as needed

We offer annual or quarterly billing to fit your budget.

Why Maintenance Matters

Regular maintenance helps you:

  • Catch small issues before they turn into backups or major repairs

  • Keep pumps, aerators, and alarms working properly

  • Protect your yard and drain field

  • Stay in step with your permit and local rules

A small investment in routine service is almost always less expensive than a repair call.

When to Call for Service

Get in touch if you notice:

  • Rotten-egg or sewage odors

  • Standing water or soggy spots near the system

  • Slow drains or gurgling inside the house

  • A red or yellow alarm light or beeping alarm on your aerobic system

Call or text Cast Environmental Services and we'll take a look.
