Cast Environmental Services was founded by Todd, a College Station native and Texas A&M University graduate, during the COVID‑19 pandemic. With over 25 years of industry insight passed down from his father, a licensed OSSF installer, Todd built the company on a strong foundation of expertise and local roots.

Today, Cast Environmental is a family and Aggie-owned business known for professional, reliable septic services across the Brazos Valley. Todd is a licensed OSSF Installer II and Maintenance Provider​

Todd lives in College Station with his wife Caroline, and two sons, Weston and Cole. When he isn't working on Septic projects, Todd can be found on Sunday mornings preaching at Hope Bible Church in College Station.
