Cast Environmental Services was founded by Todd Cast, a College Station native and Texas A&M graduate, during the COVID-19 pandemic. With over 25 years of industry insight passed down from his father, a licensed OSSF installer, Todd built the company on a foundation of real expertise and local roots. From initial consultation to site design, installation, and county approval — he's personally involved in every step.
Today, Cast Environmental is a family-owned and Aggie-owned business serving the Brazos Valley — Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, Leon, Madison, Robertson, and Washington Counties. Professional, licensed, and small enough that you'll actually talk to the people doing the work.
Todd lives in College Station with his wife Caroline and their two sons, Weston and Cole. When he's not on a job site, you'll find him Sunday mornings at Hope Bible Church in College Station.
