AEROBIC

Aerobic septic system spray head irrigating lawn in Brazos Valley Texas

The most common system we install is the aerobic treatment unit (ATU), which uses oxygen to break down waste more efficiently than conventional systems. After treatment, the disinfected water is pumped through a spray distribution system to irrigate designated areas of your property. This setup not only meets Texas OSSF standards but also allows for a smaller drain field footprint and environmentally friendly water reuse.

CONVENTIONAL

Gravel and rock drain field components for conventional septic system installation

Conventional septic systems require carefully evaluated site and soil conditions—such as soil texture, percolation rate, depth to groundwater, and adequate setback distances—to ensure the drain field can effectively filter effluent into the ground per Texas OSSF standards. These systems rely on gravity-fed trenches filled with gravel or media where soil microbes purify wastewater through filtration and biological breakdown.

DRIP

Ideal for properties with limited space, our drip distribution septic systems pair a treatment unit with low-pressure dosing through flexible emitter lines buried just below the soil surface. This efficient method provides uniform wastewater dispersal, requires minimal drain field area, maintains compliance with Texas OSSF regulations, and allows for landscaping over the system while reducing clogging and maintenance needs.

Septic System Installation in the Brazos Valley

Your property's suitability for a septic system depends on specific site and soil conditions, which are thoroughly evaluated during the state-required On-Site Sewage Facility (OSSF) design process with our team. As a trusted Brazos Valley septic installer, we’ll help determine whether an aerobic, conventional, or drip system is best for your land.

What We Handle For Your Install...

We'll provide a seamless process from initial planning to final county inspection.

On-Site Sewage Facility (OSSF) Design

New systems and full system replacements are required to be designed by a licensed professional designer. We can schedule time with our recommended designers and include this fee in your final invoice, or you can select and have the system designed yourself.

Required County Paperwork

We will facilitate all required paperwork with the county to make the system installation process as simple as possible utilizing digital technology as available by the county.

Note: a notarization will be required for all county affidavits.

System Installation

Upon county approval, we will complete the installation in line with the OSSF design. Residential installations typically take 1–3 days once started. Commercial timelines vary depending on system size and site conditions — we'll give you a realistic estimate upfront.

County Inspection

All systems must be inspected by the County Designated Representative and approved prior to use. We schedule the inspection quickly following the completion of the install to ensure the system is properly installed and ready for use.

Ongoing Maintenance

Texas requires all OSSF systems to be maintained by a licensed professional. All new aerobic systems include two years of routine maintenance and required county reporting at no additional charge. After two years, we offer ongoing maintenance contracts.
